Ceiling Tiles play a crucial role in controlling the spread of bacteria and infection. For superior dependability – we bring to you the Sanigrid® II Grid System – which is the ideal sanitary ceiling solution for highly humid and chemical environments.
With Crane Composites Sanigrid® II, you will not have to worry about rust, pit, dent, bend or peels since they are moisture and corrosion resistant. They also use a series of pre-notched main tees and cross members to lock in the grid. It allows for fast installation with the entire system easily snapping together. We have two types of ceiling panels to go with the Sanigrid® II system – Glasbord® and Kemply.
They meet the needs for food preparation and processing areas, are easy to clean and maintain as well. They do not provide nourishment for potentially harmful microorganisms, making it a suitable ceiling panel.
Glasbord® Ceiling Tiles
Our Glasbord® Panels, with patented Surfaseal® finish, comes also in ceiling tiles with a thickness of 2.5mm for both Class C and Class A. Glasbord is up to 10 times easier to clean and up to six times more stain and moisture resistant than traditional FRP systems, Aluminum or Gypsum.
Glasbord Ceiling Tiles come Embossed in Class A or Class C Fire Rating per ASTM E-84 (FX, CGI). The thickness is 2.5 mm and comes in 2 panels size: 60cmx60cm or 60cmx120cm.
Kemply® Ceiling Tiles
For added structural strength, you can choose our Kemply® panels lay-in ceiling panels, which are fabricated by laminating a Glasbord® panel to a rigid substrate. With all the durability and hygiene benefits of our Glasbord products, Kemply® panels are just as easy to install.

Yes, they are both 100% resistant towards humidity, and can withstand cleaning from pressure washing as well.
Glasbord® ceiling panels have either a Class A or Class C rating for flame spread and smoke development.
The Sanigrid® II system uses a series of pre-notched main tees and cross members to lock the grid together, eliminating the junction clips used with the original Sanigrid. The entire Sanigrid II system goes together quickly, reducing the high installation cost previously associated with FRP grids.
